Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your original shipping box.
Package and Ship
Place the unworn shoes inside their original Naot shoebox and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
